Housing is Now Open for IMTS 2024!

Housing will be managed by Global Housing Solutions, powered by AMT. Official IMTS 2024 hotel details and amenities can be found on the housing detail page. Why should I book with IMTS' housing department instead of directly with the hotel?
Our rates are guaranteed to be the lowest over the show dates. Further, the GHS team is available 24/7 during the show week to assist should there be any issues with your reservation.
Is there an official headquarter hotel?
There is not, though the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is the closest walking distance hotel to IMTS.
How many rooms can I book online?
A maximum of 20 rooms can be booked at once in any online session. Click the following link to book your room online: Book Your Room(s). If you want to book a group of hotel rooms, we recommend completing the group housing form.
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
You may click on the hyperlink in your reservation acknowledgement email or contact us at housing@imts.com.
Are there deadlines I should know about?
  • If you secured a block of rooms, your rooming list must be provided by August 1, 2024.
  • The IMTS cancellation deadline is August 14, 2024. Any reservation cancelled on, or after, this date will be charged a one-night's room and tax penalty by Global Housing Solutions, powered by AMT.
  • Each hotel will have its' own cancel policy as well. Those details will be outlined on your reservation acknowledgement as hotel policies vary.
Why do you need my credit card details?
The credit card provided will be used to guarantee your reservation and will only be charged if you cancel within the cancellation policy or do not check-in on your scheduled day of arrival. You will need to provide a card at check-in to pay for your full duration of stay.
Will I be charged a deposit when I book my room?
Nothing will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Reservations cancelled after the IMTS cancellation deadline will be charged a one-night room and tax penalty by Global Housing Solutions, powered by AMT. Additionally, your hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit to the card on file on, or after, August 15, 2024.
Are my special requests guaranteed?
They are not but your hotel will do its' best to accommodate the request upon your arrival.
Is shuttle service offered to/from my hotel and the event?
Shuttle service is offered from all IMTS hotels except for the McCormick Place properties, Midway Airport properties, Springhill Suites Chinatown, Courtyard Medical District, and the Sable Hotel.
Can I earn my hotel rewards points during my stay?
Yes.
How can I confirm my hotel reservation?
Rest assured, if you have received an acknowledgement email from Global Housing Solutions, the hotel will honor your reservation. The hotels won't see the individual reservation data from our system until we transfer our information into their system in late August. You are welcome to contact us at housing@imts.com with any questions prior to that timeline.
